How do I place an order?

In order to place an order with AMCX Studio, you can either browse our selection of pre-done designs or contact us directly to go over custom orders. If you choose a pre-done design, you will want to leave any notes during check out so that we can make sure that we have any vital information for creating your decal. Please understand that not including this information could result in a delay in completing your order.

What happens after I order my sign?

You dance! No seriously, once you have placed your order, your request is put in right away! I send over any proof so that you can review the information and we can make any changes necessary. After that, the design is put into the cutting machine and then weeded, taking out the unwanted space. Once the design is ready, transfer tape is added and a photo is taken to send to you! The order is then packaged and you will receive tracking information on your order. All orders come with insurance of $100 through USPS. If you want anything higher, please contact us so we can make arrangements.

Can I change an order?

As long as nothing has been cut, changes can be made. However, due to our business being run with made-to-order items, once the vinyl is cut, any changes after that will result in another order.

How do I cancel an order?

I try and get orders out within 3-5 business days. This means that I send proofs in as little as a few hours! To cancel your order, you MUST contact me. If the vinyl has been, I can not cancel orders.

What types of payment do you accept?

You can pay with any major credit card along with PayPal.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing on all orders takes 3-5 business days. Once we have completed the order, your package is handed off to USPS. From there it typically takes another 3-5 business days to receive the order. If you are under a time crunch, please contact us to discuss other arrangements.

USPS says my package was delivered, but I did not get it. What do I do?

First thing you will want to do if check your front porch and with a family member to see if someone grabbed it and placed it somewhere. You will then want to contact USPS and ask for any GPS coordinates from the delivery. If it comes back to your address, you will want to file a missing mail claim. If you have any questions, please reach out to us.

How much is shipping?

Vinyl orders shipping costs will vary depending on where you live. However, orders over $35 ship for free!

How will my package arrive?

Your decal will be ready to apply with transfer tape attached to your vinyl decal. It will come rolled around a mailing tube to prevent it from being damaged and placed into a poly-bag along with a few shipping inserts.

Can you ship my order to a different address than my billing address?

Of course! Just make sure your mailing address is where you want the order to go.


Unfortunately, due to the nature of our items being custom and made-to-order, we do not accept returns. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

How do I install or care for my sign?
